Why aren’t your rates listed here?

Homes aren’t once-size-fits-all, so our prices can’t be either. We don’t want you paying for things you don’t need, but we also don’t know how messy you are (sorry). Give us a quick call for a free estimate. A couple of questions and you’ll have a price based on your need.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes! We bring everything we will need to clean your home: Vacuum cleaners, Mops, Cleaning supplies, and Cleaning Cloths. If you have specific allergy concerns, we’ll happily use your vacuum.

How many House Cleaners will be in my home during each cleaning?

There will be 2 House Cleaners in your home most of the time. 1 Cleaner will clean the bathrooms; 1 Cleaner will clean the kitchen; 1 Cleaner will dust; and then both will participate in vacuuming and washing floors. For One-Time/First-Time Cleanings, occasionally there will be 3-4 House Cleaners.

Do I need to be home when the House Cleaners are there?

Most of our clients are not home when we clean, but that’s completely up to you.

Are your products safe for children and pets?

We use effective cleaners that cut through grease, grime and gunk without harming you or the environment. Our products are non-toxic and made from plant products.

Why do cleaning companies stop being effective after a few months?

We think it’s because most companies aren’t managed like a real company. We’ve got a hierarchy. The employees that come to your home to clean don’t leave until a manager checks their work. This helps us avoid “lazy cleaning”.

Are your employees trustworthy?

You are letting our employees into the most important place in your life – your home. Before any cleaner is hired and trained, we do a full criminal background check, clear them through the National Sex Offenders Database, verify references and confirm Social Security Number validation.

What types of cleanings do you do?

Our most popular services are Weekly and Bi-Weekly Cleanings. We also do Monthly or One-Time Cleanings. If you’re moving out of a house or apartment and you want to have it sparkle for the next person (and you want your security deposit returned), we are happy to do a Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning. How will you enter my house?

Most clients give us house keys and instructions to turn on and off their alarm system. Keys are kept in a locked, alarmed office and coded, so that names and addresses are not seen. Other options would be entering thru a garage with a code, or leaving a coded lockbox.
